Initiate Your Request
Log into your RealmStock account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
